Checked that client (search req user) gets notified for new real estate in our db - kivi original ad.
Send email notification for user that published ad with details of page preview and links for delete and edit ad (edit link is WiP).
Added soft delete ability for user that published ad, new columns in RealEstates table.
Migrations needed.
