Regarding interface, Margin field should be inline with Fixed price since it is added to it. Margin services and Margin recurrent should be inline with Monthly price since it is added to it.

Also there is no need to have the same tooltip on every input field, when column name could have that explanatory tooltip.

Abbreviations info should be removed.

Something like this:
