Fix assigment order issues

Smoke test:

Validate unit tests:

  1. Run unit tests and validate all are passing

Validate assigment:

  1. Make two bundles with different simple products. First bundle will have one installation product, and second will have two.
  2. Order first bundle and validate that order is assigned to corresponding customer organization, commercial lead organization and all suppliers organizations except installation supplier.
  3. Assign delivery process that has in it step ' Wait for installation date to be set'
  4. After that started validate that order is assigned to installation supplier organization.
  5. Order second bundle and again validate that order is assigned to all corresponding organizations except installation.
  6. Again assign delivery process
  7. When 'Wait for installation date to be set' step is started, select one of the installations for bundle.
    After installation is selected validate that order is assigned to organization that supplies selected installation.
