Hide metadata for order item

Smoke test:

  1. Place order for bundle that has installation
  2. Complete delivery process
  3. Open order details from order list (the eye icon) and check that metadata wiaas_installation and wiaas_installation_date is not visible
  4. Open order details as customer and check that installation date for bundle is visible

Delete Branch "hide-order-item-metadata"
