Add merge tag for customer order url

Add merge tag for customer order url to be used in emails.

Make sure you have WIAAS_CUSTOMER_INTERFACE environment variable for your test environment.

Smoke test:

  1. Update validate questionnaire action form so that step that requires customer to upload questionnaire sends email with merge tag {customer_order_url}
  2. Make sure that customer has email for which you can see received messages.
  3. Place order for bundle with template questionnaire document for which questionnaire needs to be uploaded in cart.
  4. Assign process to order and reject customer questionnaire as admin.
  5. Check that customer receive email with Order link that leads to order url on customer interface.
