Wiaas test

These are some additional unit tests for wiaas packages and pricing.

Note: All cart, orders and pricing methods that are not covered here will be covered in task for cart handling.

Smoke test:

  1. Go to backend/app/plugins/wiaas
  2. Execute ./tests/bin/setup.sh [root] [pass]
  3. Execute phpunit
  4. Check all tests passed
